Julius Bozzino

Julius joined Vistra in 2016 and now heads the Private Wealth Sector in the UK. He has considerable experience in supporting entrepreneurs, family businesses and family offices investing both in the UK and cross-border. He also provides practical solutions for their succession planning requirements as well as pre-arrival preparation should they be settling in the UK. Two of his main regions of focus are the Middle East and Latin America. He also sits on the board of several client companies.

Before joining Vistra, he spent eight years as part of the senior management team at Lombard Bank Malta where he was responsible for the private banking, wealth management and corporate advisory business.

He began his career in 1992 with PwC where he qualified as a chartered accountant, specialising in financial services. He then moved into corporate finance, working for HSBC Investment Bank and NCB Stockbrokers, advising a variety of UK and international clients on domestic and cross-border M&A, IPOs, debt and equity transactions.

Julius read economics at the University of Warwick and holds a certificate in Private Client Investment Advice & Management. He is a Trustee of Refettorio Felix, a charity based in West London.
