Hilton is our Chief Financial Officer, joining Vistra in June 2020.

Hilton draws on his extensive experience of leading finance functions across industries and continents to provide strategic finance leadership for Vistra – including senior roles in South Africa, China, the UK, and Europe. He was previously Group CFO for Antelliq (a portfolio company of BC Partners), Divisional CFO for Rentokil Initial, with over 20 years in senior finance positions at Unilever.

Hilton is a Fellow with The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has a BA in Commerce, Accounting and Finance with Honours from Stellenbosch University.
