Dominique is Chairman of Adarma (one of the UK's largest independent security services companies) and sits on the boards of IDEMIA (a global leader in Augmented Identity) and Altamir (a French listed private equity company). 

Prior to these roles, Dominique served as Chairman and CEO of the Altran group - helping to turn the company into a global leader in Engineering and R&D services that employs more than 50,000 engineers worldwide; as CEO and Chairman of the Managing Board of Euronext (a leading pan-European exchange) and as President, Deputy CEO, and board member of the New York Stock Exchange.

These positions followed a 20-year international career with IBM, where he contributed to the company’s strategic transformation - through roles including CEO of IBM Global Services EMEA and CEO of IBM Europe.
