A member of our Executive Leadership Team since 2011, Jonathon became our Global Head - Entity Platform and Incorporations in January 2023, having previously been the Group Managing Director for Asia-Pacific.

Jonathon leads the re-imagining of the industry operating model, through the development of our digital ecosystem. Jonathon draws on over 20 years of experience in financial and professional services across a range of corporate strategy, consulting, and strategic business development roles throughout the APAC region, including Sydney, Tokyo and Hong Kong. Prior to joining Vistra, he worked at PwC in a range of commercial, consulting and leadership roles.

Jonathon has a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Newcastle, Australia and an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. He speaks conversational Japanese and is a former professional rugby player.
