Previously Group CEO at Tricor, Kim is our Chief Operating Officer, joining Vistra in January 2024, following the merger of Tricor and Vistra.  

Kim is a global leader who draws on her deep experience delivering a seamless and connected, quality experience that supports clients’ growth ambitions. She has extensive transformation experience, driving organisational alignment and inspiring employees to achieve results.  

Kim has lived and worked in different parts of the world - from Africa and Australia to India and Europe, in roles spanning financial services, technology and data. Her diverse leadership roles have included Group COO of SAI Global and CEO of the Property and Assurance Divisions. Like Tricor, SAI Global was a Baring Private Equity Asia owned portfolio company until the divestment of SAI Global Property in 2020 and SAI Global Assurance in 2022.

Kim has an Executive MBA from Brunel University and a MSc in Marine Biology from the University of Cape Town.
