Jill joined Vistra in October 2022 as Manager, Business Development and is based in Kuala Lumpur. She helps companies to setup in Malaysia and supports corporates for their global expansion strategy in entity formation, payroll & HR, accounting and tax compliance.

Jill has 10 years of professional experience around investment promotion and government liaison in the manufacturing, construction, logistic, hospitality and tourism sector. She is well versed in Malaysia investment policies, licensing and tax incentives matters.

Prior to joining Vistra, she spent 3 years with a Malaysian listed conglomerate doing business development and customised incentive package government liaison for an integrated mega property development. She also spent 6 years with Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA), an agency under the Ministry of International Trade and Industry, covering different roles such as processing applications of incentive, employment pass, setting up representative office and facilitating foreign direct investment specifically on promoting Chinese investments into Malaysia.

Jill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biodiversity Conservation and Management from the University Malaysia Terengganu and a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing under the full scholarship of Youth of Excellence Scheme of China. She speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Bahasa Melayu fluently.
