Global Sector Head, Corporate
Charlotte joined Vistra in 2012 and is the Global Sector Head, Corporate, responsible for driving growth in the sector.
With more than 18 years of experience creating and leading business development activities, Charlotte has been instrumental in helping Vistra with expanding into new markets, developing new products, cross-selling and winning mandates. Her expertise includes structuring private equity and real estate transactions as well as helping corporate clients tackle the challenges and complexities of expanding into new jurisdictions.
Charlotte is a dual citizen of Luxembourg and Sweden and holds a Swedish law degree as well as an LL.M in international business law from the Free University in Amsterdam. She began her career in 2000 with Ernst & Young in the Netherlands, before transferring to the firm’s Chicago office where she coordinated international operations for US multinationals.
With a strong track record within Luxembourg’s financial sector, Charlotte was a partner at an independent fund administration company and Head of Wealth Structuring at Merrill Lynch.
