Wai Man joined Vistra Hong Kong in 2012 where she leads a team of professional staff to provide a full range of corporate services to group clients with companies in multi-jurisdictions and to co-ordinate with onshore and offshore service providers, and in-house service teams (say, accounting services team, trade and treasury services team, trust services team, etc.) for provision of one-stop shop services to the clients.

Wai Man has 30 years of experience in the corporate and fiduciary services. She began her career with a Hong Kong-based audit firm. Thereafter, she worked in an international law firm, an international offshore companies service provider, and has been the originator of the corporate services team of Beijing and Hong Kong offices of an international audit firm.
