Victoria is a Director, Solicitor. As Head of Legal Advisory she is responsible for leading Vistra's own UK SRA regulated law firm, Vistra Corporate Law ("VCL").
VCL is a specialist law firm dedicated to servicing the specific needs of our corporate clients. We advise clients from a wide range of sectors including tech, pharma, hospitality, construction and real estate.
VCL specialises in corporate, commercial, employment, regulatory law and specialist corporate governance support. We are a unique blend of lawyers who combine technical excellence and commercial awareness. We are passionate about delivering client service excellence and the best solutions for our clients.
Victoria is a specialist Employment solicitor by background, having practised for more than 20 years. She advises on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues including advising on business reorganisations, executive severances, employee relations issues, drafting contractual documentation including bonus and commission schemes and advising on the TUPE implications of outsourcing and business transfers.
Victoria has a Masters in Law from Bristol University, a BA in English from Bristol University and a post graduate CIPD level 7 in Human Resources.
