Queenie is experienced in corporate administration and reporting requirements related to Hong Kong and offshore entities. She has been involved in numerous complex transactions involving multinational insurance and investment companies as well as working on a number of listed companies in HK and pre-IPO structures. Prior to joining Vistra, Queenie has worked at international accounting and law firms and has been with Orangefield group for over 20 years.
As the Director of Corporate Services in Hong Kong, she oversees the corporate and private clients operations.
Queenie is a qualified Chartered Secretary and has a Bachelor degree in Accounting. She holds the professional qualification of ACS and ACIS. Queenie speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
