Pierre Mifsud has been appointed Head of Depositary services as of 15 August 2023.

Pierre is part of Vistra’s management committee and takes lead for the Depositary services product direction and
strategy to deliver industry standard AIFMD compliant solutions and end-to-end services to our clients.

Pierre has an extensive experience in the field, and has held similar positions at CSC Luxembourg Services (the parent of Intertrust),
including Edmond de Rothschild, KBL and Citco.

Pierre is a French citizen and has studied in Paris and the UK.

Pierre holds a Master of Science in Banking and International Finance from Cass Business School in London, as well as a Bachelor in
European Economy and Management from the University of Abertay in Scotland, and graduated from the Marketing and Management
IDRAC Business School in Paris.

Pierre’s native language is French, he also speaks fluently English.
