Paul is a senior commercial, IP/IT solicitor with over 10 years’ experience providing a full range of commercial legal services to clients and in-house legal teams in relation to their day-to-day business.

Paul’s areas of expertise include drafting and negotiation of distribution and agency agreements, drafting business and consumer terms and conditions and non-disclosure agreements, buying or selling of goods and services, intra-group agreements, intellectual property portfolio management services and transactions, as well as technology contracts including software licences and re-seller agreements.

Paul has advised on both contentious and non-contentious commercial, IT and intellectual property law, in-house and in private practice. This combination of experience enables Paul to bring a broader perspective, strategy and creativity to his advice. 

Over the years, Paul has also authored several publications for the European Intellectual Property Law Review and Practical Law Company.
