Joyce joined Vistra in June 2019 and is currently the Commercial Director for Trust services based in Beijing. In her role, she leads the private wealth business development responsibilities for mainland China.

Prior to joining Vistra, Joyce was the Vice President in corporate banking department in HSBC China and deputy head of family office in CreditEase Wealth Management Company. Having worked closely with law firms, big four accounting firms, wealth management companies and private bankers based in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore etc., Joyce’s expertise lies in advising on the complex needs of Ultra-High-Net-Worth individuals and finding solutions to ensure they can successfully build their legacy and navigate the preservation of their wealth. In her experience, she has helped many UHNW individuals and corporate clients with their overseas wealth inheritance and management, asset protection and IPO related needs.      

Joyce holds an MBA degree from IVEY business school, Western Ontario, Canada, and also a master’s degree in Psychology, in Chinese Academy of Sciences. Her native language is Mandarin, and she speaks fluent English. In addition, Joyce has a diploma of Society of Trust and Estate Planning (STEP Full member with distinction).
