Danny is Global Services Director based in Vistra’s Reading, UK office. He leads our UK international expansion advisory team.
Danny began his career at a NASDAQ listed data and information management software company before joining Nortons in 2008 and later qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant in their UK Audit team. Danny moved into an international services role and from 2013 led Nortons Global Services team providing some of their largest US clients with coordinated multi country accounting solutions covering legal entity registration, reporting, taxation and other local requirements. Nortons was acquired by Vistra in 2016.
Danny is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians.
