Manager - Corporate Secretarial Services
Daniela has over 14 years of experience in both the private and public sectors, and is the Manager for Corporate Secretarial Services in Romania.
She brings to Vistra over 4 years of experience in the public sector, as European Integration Advisor of the General Secretariat of the Government and over 10 years in private sector as qualified lawyer and insolvency specialist.
Daniela graduated the Law School at Bucharest University and International Economic Relations at Romanian-American University, having a master degree in Political Science and second one in Governance and Institutional Development, being a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2000 and a member of Insolvency Practitioners Union since 2010.
Daniela began her career working as a lawyer for 3 years, and then continued in the public sector for the next 4 years as European Integration Adviser of the GSG and as an expert for justice and anti-corruption within the Programmatic Adjustment Loan (PAL II ) programme developed by the World Bank in Romania, before joining Trinity as a qualified lawyer, managing corporate secretarial matters for the clients.
Besides her duties as Corporate Secretarial Services in Romania, Daniela also serves as a Director on the Boards of local companies active in private equity and holding companies.
She is fluent in English and has knowledge of French.
