Christine comes from a banking background, bringing with her over 10 years of banking and trust experience in treasury, corporate finance and trust and estate planning. Previously, she has worked in treasury trading function and mortgage-backed securitisation of corporate finance in mostly international banks.
Prior to joining Vistra, Christine has worked with a well-known private bank-owned Trust Company, overseeing an extensive portfolio of high and ultra high net worth private clients spanning several jurisdictions in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia) and North Asia (Hong Kong, China and Taiwan). In the course of her work, she has undertaken clients' advisory work in establishing private onshore and offshore fiduciary structures, co-ordination of cross-border tax, setting-up appropriate wealth protection and succession planning structures for trans-generational high net worth clients.
She has experience in trust restructuring, trust administration, estate planning and succession planning. Christine has an established network and referral relationships with professional intermediaries including private banks, law firms, CPAs, asset/fund managers and high net worth clients in North Asia, South East Asia and Europe.
Christine holds an Honours Degree (Second Upper) in Economics from the National University of Singapore and is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
She speaks English and Mandarin fluently.
