Anna leads Vistra’s Alternative Investments division in London and has responsibility for the strategic development of Vistra’s funds capability. Anna also focuses on enhancing and expanding Vistra’s current relationships with key UK and international clients within the Alternative Investment asset classes.
Prior to Vistra’s merger with Orangefield, Anna set up and established the London office of a competitor firm after leaving her Associate Director role in KPMG’s Investment Management practice. Having started her professional career in KPMG’s Tax practice, Anna joined the Transaction and Restructuring division where she focused on Private Equity, Real Estate and Infrastructure asset opportunities in Europe including due diligence, transaction support and origination.
During the decade Anna spent at KPMG, she qualified as a chartered accountant and tax advisor and has a degree in Economics from the University of Bristol. Anna is also a previous Council member of ICAS (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland).
