Anita joined Vistra Hong Kong in 2013, where she leads a team of professional staff to provide a full range of corporate services and listed company secretary services.
Anita has over 10 years of experience in the corporate services and fiduciary industry. She began her career with a Hong Kong-based corporate services provider. Thereafter, she worked in a Hong Kong listed company and an international audit firm. Prior to joining Vistra, Anita served as the Associate Director for a major business services provider.
Anita holds a Master degree of Law majoring in Corporate & Financial Law and is a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
