Head of HR & Payroll Services Poland
Agnieszka is responsible for the payroll and human resource services in the CEE region, based in Warsaw.
Agnieszka has extensive, practical experience in Labour Law, Social Security and Personal Income Tax compliance. She graduated from the Economic University in Warsaw and during her career completed many courses and training dedicated to payroll professionals.
Agnieszka began her human resource adventure with the leading business travel management provider worldwide. She oversaw Warsaw based employees at its state-of-the art reservation center. She later expanded her career into the international services arena, taking up a managerial position at a leading, independent provider of outsourced management services in the CEE.
Building the Payroll and HR Department from scratch since 2005, Agnieszka is now managing a team of over 20 HR and Payroll specialists in Poland. Her duty at the moment is to oversee the services provided to clients and ensure they are compliant with the respective legal regulations and all their data and communication is treated in the strictest confidence in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
Agnieszka speaks English and German.
