Adam Walsh is the Director of Accounting & Advisory for the corporate services pillar of Vistra Ireland, based in Dublin. 

With over a decade of experience in the international corporate service sector, Adam has contributed to every phase of his clients' business journeys. His expertise spans from initial incorporation and tax registrations to monthly financial reporting, statutory audits, business re-structuring, successful company sales, and the strategic closure or liquidation of businesses with comprehensive exit plans. Additionally, Adam holds board positions with several technology and investment firms in Ireland.

His focus is always to assist all clients in achieving their goals and will work tirelessly to ensure a speedy and practical solution to any issue/opportunity that arises. He works with both domestic clients and foreign direct investment entities as they set up and expand in Ireland, Europe, Asia and other territories. His specialty areas include, FDI set-up assistance, Annual Compliance, Audit & Assurance.

Adam is an Associate member of Chartered Accountants Ireland (A.C.A.) and graduated from the National University of Ireland Galway with a Business Commerce Degree.
