Key Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support for the team 
  • Organize meetings and teleconferences for the team 
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Gather and consolidate data from meetings and reports
  • Ensure and manage the proper management and filing of related documents
  • Assist in preparing legal documents as per instructed
  • Make travel and related arrangements for the entire team, including visa application, hotel booking, ticketing and airport transfer (For Corporate role only)
  • Assist in billing and collection
  • Assist in receptionist duty as and when required
  • Ad hoc tasks as appointed

Qualifications and other requirements

  • Diploma in Office Administration/Business studies or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience supporting a team
  • Team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
