Corporate Secretarial Assistant (6 months contract)

Division   Corporate & Private Clients – Asia & ME

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in handling company secretarial matters for a portfolio of Singapore and international companies

• Lodging EP application for clients

• Arrange annual return, prepare minutes, resolutions and statutory documents etc. for Singapore companies

• Provide administrative support to the corporate services team

• ACRA filings

• Statutory audit liaison, statement of minutes preparation, arranging secretary signature and forwarding to auditor

• Payment of stamp duty on share transfer on IRAS platform

• Preparation of payment requests form/staff claims

• Liaise with finance on invoicing (credit note register, invoices, settlements etc.)

• Arrange payment to nominee directors and notary

• Prepare files for client exits

• Assist coordination with auditor

• Liaise with notary and follow up of legalization/notarization process

Qualifications and other requirements

• Diploma in any discipline

• Good communication skills

• Able to meet deadlines
