Job description

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in company secretarial or administrative works for our clients
  • Assist in preparing documents for bank accounts opening / maintenance of bank accounts of HK and offshore companies
  • Assist in preparing various minutes and statutory returns for private HK and Offshore companies
  • Prepare documents for incorporation of HK private and offshore companies
  • File minute book records
  • Arrange for documents required for acceptance of new clients
  • Handle invoices and follow up payment
  • Independent correspondence
  • Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications and other requirements

Attributes / Technical Skills

  • Responsible, detail-minded and willing to learn
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Polite with good customer servicing skills
  • A team player with good communication skills

Relevant Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in company secretarial practice, preferably obtained from a CPA firm, professional firm or law firm

Education / Memberships

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Qualified company secretary with membership of HKICS/ ICSA highly advantageous

Computer Skills

  • Good computer skills especially in MS Office
  • Knowledge of Viewpoint advantageous

Languages

  • Fluent in written and oral English with a good command of Chinese and Mandarin proficiency
