Key responsibilities


  • Handling clients’ enquires
  • Prepare and send name check and incorporation instructions to overseas agents
  • Prepare and proof read company registration documents
  • Perform on-line name checking and registration
  • Liaise with various internal departments, local and overseas Registry Department and overseas branches to follow up on incorporation status
  • Sales invoicing and checking
  • Updates of company records onto company system
  • Stationery order of company kit and administrative support
  • Support team manager on ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Qualifications and other requirements

The successful candidate should possess the following:

  • Minimum 2 years of administration experience
  • Prior experience in setting up offshore companies is advantageous
  • Diploma holder or above
  • Knowledge in Offshore industry is ideal
  • Meticulous and high attention to detail
  • Work well in high pressure environments to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to conduct routine tasks on continual basis
  • MS Office Suite especially in mail merging
  • SAP application is higher desirable
  • Professional fluency in written and oral English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
