Internal Recruiter (12 months contract)


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide recruitment support by assisting  the team in managing the end to end process for junior to senior hires
  • Develop effective recruitment channels to attract potential hires using purely direct means only
  • Liaise with department heads to identify manpower needs and develop corresponding sourcing strategies
  • Enhance employer branding through marketing activities on social networks and candidate management
  • Manage and maintain candidate database with the latest information
  • Prepare various HR reports and analysis for management review
  • Develop strong working partnerships with Executives and key stakeholder groups within the organisation
  • Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications and other requirements

The successful candidate should possess the following:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands on recruitment experience
  • Experience in other Human Resources functions is highly advantageous
  • Degree holder
  • A relevant post graduate qualification will be highly regarded
  • A strong internal client service focus with highly developed communication skills
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
  • Strong business acumen coupled with a sound understanding of the commercial context of professional services and financial services industries
  • Ability to work in an agile and ambiguous environment
  • Highly motivated individual who takes ownership of their work
  • Good command of MS Office suite and other related computer skills
  • Professional fluency in written and oral English with a good command of Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency is mandatory
