Human Resources Generalist

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee benefits and administration for local and regional offices
  • Handle HR reporting including recruitment, headcount and data maintenance
  • Analyse data and prepare HR reports timely and accurately
  • Handle recruitment process including posting, interview arrangement, candidate interviews and offers for certain business groups
  • Manage new hire documentation, orientation logistics preparation, contract and exit preparation
  • Manage tracking of all movements, probation, reference check, performance evaluation, objective setting and other related tracking
  • Maintain personal files, HR information system and the Intranet
  • Answer employee enquiries on system and leave matters
  • Manage and update organization charts
  • Perform other ad hoc HR projects as required

Qualifications and other requirements

The successful candidate should possess the following:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in sizeable or multinational companies preferred
  • Hands-on experience in all elements of HR including, payroll, recruitment, HRIS and operations
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Meticulous approach to work and able to prioritize and work independently within a fast paced and evolving environment
  • Team player with good time management skill, communication and organization skills
  • Positive attitude, willing to learn and seeking career development
  • Knowledge of local and regional employment law and other related regulations an advantage
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Strong Excel Skills(Pivot Table and Vlookup) is a must
  • Fluent in written and oral English with a good command of Chinese and Mandarin proficiency
