Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all rounded HR functions support including payroll, MPF, employer’s returns, visa applications, on-boarding, staffing and HR reporting
  • Coordinate, respond to and resolve first level HR enquiries and issues
  • Coordinate and manage records and HR database, complying with administrative systems, processes and policies in an orderly and timely manner
  • Prepare documents and correspondences for both internal communication and with external parties such as MPF providers
  • Implement and monitor HR systems, processes, policies and procedures
  • Handle any ad hoc duties as required

Qualifications and other requirements

The successful candidate should possess the following:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Detail-minded with good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Highly committed, well-organized and multitasking
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of local and regional employment law and other related regulations an advantage
  • Good computer skills especially in MS Word and Excel
  • Fluent in written and oral English with a good command of Chinese and Mandarin proficiency
