Assistant Manager, Special Projects & Transformation

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute finance and accounting related project management across Asia Pacific and Middle East
  • Ensure proper implementation of project, including ERP system migration, business unit integrations, process reengineering and report template enhancements etc.
  • As the gatekeeper to manage project timeline, estimate budgets and monitor costs
  • Identify risks and provide practical recommendations
  • Build strong relationship with internal stakeholders and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle
  • Gather user requirements, map out workflows, develop test plans and provide training to users
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications and other requirements

The successful candidate should possess the following:

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in MNCs  
  • Proven track record of finance project management
  • Experience in finance system implementation is desired
  • Working experience in Financial Planning and Analysis is a plus  
  • Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting / Information System or related disciplines
  • Strong analytical skill and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with different stakeholders in a dynamic business environment
  • A good team player who is also able to work independently
  • Good computer literacy with advanced Excel skill
