Private Equity Europe Forum

We are proud to be a sponsor of The Private Equity Europe Forum

The annual Forum is the leading investor centric meeting for LPs investing in private markets across Europe and globally. The forum brings together 300+ investors, funds, and advisers for a two day meeting to discuss sectors, due diligence, and private equity investment opportunities in Europe and around the world.

Malcolm Pobjoy, Group Commercial Director - Alternative Investments at Vistra, will sit on a panel at the event. Entitled ‘Navigating Fund Operations & Formation Including Regulatory and Structural Considerations’ the panel will discuss the key structural considerations and legal complexities of forming, launching and operating a private equity fund, as well as look at recent regulatory developments that have impacted fund managers and investors with respect to fees and expenses, co-investments and conflict of interest.

Malcolm will also participate in a keynote interview on 'Blockchain and the Future of Fintech'. He will be interviewed by Christian Angermayer, a serial entrepreneur and investor. With over 20 years in business, Christian has created, co-founded and invested in numerous successful companies across a broad section of sectors.

Vistra will be hosting a roundtable at the event looking at ‘Raising Capital in Europe’.

Please get in touch with any of the contacts listed on this page to arrange to meet at the event or in London.
