Vistra Fund Management S.A. Receives Approval to its AIFM Licence Upgrade
Vistra Fund Management S.A. is delighted to announce it has now received approval to its AIFM licence upgrade and is authorised to service private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt managers/investment strategies.
Commenting on the approval, Jan Vanhoutte, Managing Director & Conducting Officer (AIFM) Luxembourg said: “This is a significant development for us and responds to existing client demand in addition to developing new opportunities to provide AIFM services to a broader range of asset classes where we already have existing knowledge hubs and experience.
Onno Bouwmeister, Group Managing Director of Vistra’s Alternative Investments division said: “The extension to the licence supports the strategic growth aspirations of the Alternative Investments division and will further strengthen our proposition in key markets where we are building a presence.”
