Vistra Fund Management Luxembourg receives AIFM licence upgrade approval
It is now authorised to service funds of funds in addition to servicing private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt managers alternative investment funds. Commenting on the approval, Jan Vanhoutte, Managing Director & Conducting Officer (AIFM), Vistra Luxembourg said,
“This is a significant development for us as it responds to the existing client demand, in addition to developing new opportunities to provide AIFM services to a broader range of asset classes where we already have existing knowledge hubs and experience. This licence upgrade is a testament to the quality of the work we’ve been doing over the past years with the highest level of operational standards.”
