Many authorities based outside of the UK often request a translation of the submitted documents. We can provide a soft translation sent by email or a certified translation - to save you time, we can obtain it while we organise the document legalisation.
A certified translation is required when legal documents such as a birth or marriage certificate or company documents need to be translated and attested for use with official bodies in the UK or overseas (i.e. the Court, the Registry Office, Consulate, Passport Office).
We organise a professional translation service confirming the translator’s credentials and accuracy of the translation at short notice and as a matter of urgency, sometimes on the same day, depending on the text length.
Part of the certified translation process is to get the document legalised at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office prior to it being used abroad, which we offer as part of the certified translation process.
Please send a scanned copy of a document that needs translating by email (email@example.com), confirming the language required, and we will prepare a quote for you.
We can translate your documents even if you’re not using our document legalisation or apostille services.
*Please note that we work with a member of the Association of Translation Companies (ATC), which has an outstanding reputation for its translations.
