Vistra Poland was established in 2004 to assist inward investors with market entry and ongoing administration of their assets and operating entities. We pioneered shelf company services in Poland.
Currently, we employ ca. 500 employees in five offices: Warsaw, Krakow, Lublin, Poznan and Wroclaw. Our qualified and experienced staff managed by a team with Big Four backgrounds provide comprehensive accounting, tax compliance, payroll, market entry and fund administration services to clients in various sectors including real estate, technology, funds, pharma, green energy and renewables.
In 2019, Vistra Poland obtained the ISAE 3402 (International Standards on Assurance Engagements) Type II certificate for Accounting and HR & Payroll departments which guarantees the highest level of security and efficient risk management of processes.
