A Year-End Reflection
It’s that time of year when we reflect on the past year and look forward to the next.
2017 was another great year for Vistra, with continued growth in the services we can offer our clients and the markets in which we operate. Our presence in London, BVI, Cyprus, Seychelles, Hong Kong, Germany, and the Middle East grew this year through acquisition. New Vistra offices were established in Bristol, Edinburgh, Australia, Malaysia and Monaco, all significant steps in the evolution of Vistra into a truly global brand.
We continued to produce market leading commentary in the form of our long-running thought leadership piece ‘Vistra 2020’. This year saw us expanding the scope of the report to represent the wider industries in which Vistra operates. We also produced a new worldwide research study concerning LPs and GPs, which received extensive press coverage and was used by several firms such as ALFI and ACG Holland.
Our company has been recognised externally with us being named 'Best Administrator – Small and Start-up Firms’ and ‘Best Administrator - Under $30bn Single Manager’.
Four Vistra offices achieved STEP accreditation and we were featured in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide.
Our staff have been recognised too, with three women being named in the IFC PowerWomen Top 200, seven Directors included on the Citywealth Leaders List and Simon Morgan re-elected to serve as Deputy Chair of STEP Worldwide.
Heba Al Emara was also included on eprivateclient’s Top 35 Under 35 list and our CEO, Martin Crawford, named on their 50 Most Influential list!
We are looking forward to 2018 and all it will bring – another successful and exciting year ahead!
