Vistra Wins Technology Park Property Management Mandate in Cologne

Vistra, a leading global fund administration, trusts and corporate services provider, today announced that it has recently been selected as the property manager of the Technology Park in Cologne alongside Silverton Group as the asset manager. As a result, Vistra will be responsible for the property management for a portion of the Technology Park, overseeing the technical and commercial property management and providing project management advice on the construction of the property. The business win came after the opening of Vistra’s new property management office in Cologne in August this year.

Under the partnership, commercial property management will continue to be centrally managed in Soest in order to meet client’s requirements with a consistent quality assurance and to ensure timely communications between commercial property management and accounting.

The mandate in the Cologne Technology Park consists of 17 properties with a surface area of over 125,000 square meters. The Park houses more than 270 businesses with more than 5,500 employees, making it one of the biggest business parks in the area.

In Cologne, Vistra offers fund structuring, fund administration and tax advisory functions. The addition of property management services to Vistra’s Cologne office is part of the company’s strategy to offer one-stop solutions by integrating different services.
