Vistra Property Management implements Ferryt DMS
The real estate sector faces new challenges in the age of digitalisation. Vistra Property Management has successfully taken the first step in this direction with the implementation of a tailor-made document management system (DMS) provided by Ferryt.
Documentation is a crucial part of nearly all commercial processes at Vistra Property Management. To improve the quality and efficiency of these processes, all data will be held digitally via Ferryt. This will lead to a more user-friendly, faster and safer documentation process.
Ferryt DMS allows storage of documents in digital archives while at the same time allowing users to work on and maintain those documents. This set-up guarantees a steady workflow and is therefore an important step towards the paperless office!
Ferryt DMS offers interfaces to numerous external data processing systems (ERP, CRM, WEAVE, BILLING), client products and other software (Lotus Notes, MSOffice, OpenOffice).
We are convinced that by introducing Ferryt DMS we will further improve our service quality for our clients and lay the groundwork for our next big project in 2017/2018 – the conversion to a market-leading administrative software.
