Vistra Manages Flora-Park in Magdeburg in Cooperation with Centermanager CMde

Vistra’s Property Management team in Germany has been appointed commercial and technical property manager for Rockspring Property Investment Managers LLP’s Flora-Park in Magdeburg. For the centre management, Vistra will cooperate with Centermanager CMde and Immobilien GmbH as subcontractors.  This model allows Vistra to provide a channelled flow of information and reporting to its client, while Centermanager CMde focuses on their highly specialised centre management.

The technical property management, in particular in regards to the operator responsibility, remains entirely at Vistra. CMde will act as the main contact for tenants and, in addition to letting activities; they will also be responsible for public relations and centre marketing, as well as supporting the asset management in the property marketing. As a result, Vistra offers a comprehensive package of highly specialised services with a clearly defined interface between technical object management and centre marketing taking account of the strengths of both companies.

Flora-Park is one of the largest shopping centres in Saxony-Anhalt and has a great profile by its highly specialist segments and the versatility of the offered goods. Around 90 retailers from the areas of clothing, sports, jewellery, furniture, food, gastronomy, leisure and services are located in the centre. The main tenants are real (department store), Roller Möbel and TK Maxx. In addition, the district library at Flora-Park offers a wide range of media for its customers. There are approximately 2,700 ground-level parking spaces available.
