Vistra Luxembourg appoints Philippe Lanciers as its new Commercial Director

Luxembourg, 27 October 2022: Vistra, one of the world’s leading providers of expert advisory and administrative support to Fund, Corporate, Capital Markets, and Private Wealth clients announced today the appointment of Philippe Lanciers as its new Commercial Director for Vistra Luxembourg. 

In this role, Philippe will focus on continuing the rapid growth of the alternative investment sector in Luxembourg and the region as a whole, as he leverages his experience to bring Vistra’s expertise in this sector to current and prospective clients. 

With more than 20 years’ experience, Philippe is a senior investment management specialist with global expertise in the alternative and traditional fund industry. He started his career with a Big Four firm both as an external auditor and management consultant, and then held senior management roles with top tier US, Canadian and local service providers where he was responsible for product management, business implementation, analytics, and risk management services.

From 2012, Philippe was a conducting officer for his company where he was in charge of AIF services, providing fund set-up, central administration and registrar services to AIFMs. He also served as the company’s asset management industry leader in Luxembourg, heading up markets and sales. In his latest role, Philippe was in charge of business development, covering the sales strategy, products & services definition, and the development of the firm’s client portfolio.
