Vistra Featured in Finance Dublin’s Investment Funds 2019 Report
With huge strides being made in new technology solutions across the global financial services industry, Finance Dublin asked a panel where they see the greatest potential for Fundtech innovation.
As part of the panel, Malcolm said: ‘We see many areas within the Alternatives Fund Industry where new technologies can revolutionise current practises. Specific areas where we see promising initiatives being undertaken include: Big Data and Artificial Intelligence applied to enhance research work undertaken by Private Equity firms; Artificial Intelligence being applied to automate much of fund accounting basic recordkeeping; Blockchain and intelligent documents being applied to the process of onboarding an investor into a fund including Know-Your-Client (KYC) checks.’
