Onno Bouwmeister, Group Managing Director, Alternative Investments, Vistra, was recently interviewed by asset management media Global Investor about the growth of Vistra’s Alternative Investments (AI) division in the US.
Onno shared that the firm is stepping up its business in the private equity and real estate space while cultivating investors that mix hedge and private capital strategies, in a bid for differentiation. With presence in New York, Dallas, and Toronto, Vistra is looking at potential expansion into the West Coast and Chicago to support the firm’s presence in North America in order to build scale, capabilities and bring its global offerings closer to the key client centres.
