Vistra acquires Super ManCo, Kroll (Luxembourg) Management Company S.à r.l.

Vistra’s acquisition of the Kroll ManCo aligns with its strategic vision to enhance its end-to-end service proposition for private capital asset managers and allocators. With a focus on private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and loan origination, Vistra's multi-jurisdictional clients will benefit from their expanded services in supporting the loan secondaries market through its AIFM/UCITS license. 

This acquisition positions Vistra as a leading player in the Luxembourg market and boasts the most extensive geographic and service coverage through its global network, recently expanded from Vistra’s merger with Tricor in July 2023 to over 9,000 professionals in 50+ jurisdictions and offering unrivalled quality, scale, and breadth of capabilities.

Jan Vanhoutte will lead Vistra Fund Management’s expanded business as Managing Director. Anil Singh will continue with the business in a leadership role and oversee Kroll ManCo’s integration into the Vistra team. Kroll ManCo will be rebranded to Vistra at a later date.
