Vistra’s new senior management embodies team spirit, making work fun. The team will also always do the right thing and play by the rules. In his recent interview with the magazine Duke, Jervis shared how Vistra is evolving, why Vistra is an employer of choice, and the many opportunities Vistra provides for its clients and its people.  Jervis commented;

“In the current times, it is more important than ever to attract and retain the best talent. We do not want a style of command and control. We empower our employees; helping them to think like owners. During the pandemic, we managed remote-working employees without seeing them in the office.”

“While we discuss the challenges Covid-19 poses and the risks firms face, we also consider the opportunities it creates in such areas as real estate repurposing, private equity turnarounds and fund development. I have always said it is difficult to have a strong relationship with a client until you have shared a problem – that strengthens our trusted partnerships.”

Vistra Luxembourg recently reinvigorated their team with some new recruits to make sure they bring new and fresh perspectives and ideas. For the first time, the team includes a full-time Risk Director and a Legal Counsel. The team also welcomes a new CFO, two new Executive Directors to run Operations, and a new HR head. This new senior management team will help focus the business towards organic growth by working as a ONE Vistra team to support our clients seize a world of opportunity.
