Bronagh Hardiman named in The Legal 500 GC Powerlist
The Legal 500 canvassed opinions from law firm partners and in-house counsel across Ireland, to identify corporate counsel that have been instrumental in changing or forming opinions within their company or industry; developing brilliant technical solutions to complex issues; creating innovative structures to ensure that the in-house function is driving the business forward; or providing a business working model that other corporate counsel should follow.
Bronagh joined Vistra as a Director in July 2018. Bronagh is Head of Transaction Management in Ireland and works with asset managers, investment banks and aircraft leasing companies on a range of structured finance and aircraft finance transactions.
