Intro International was acquired by Vistra Group in July 2016 and subsequently rebranded to Vistra in December 2016.

Intro International’s clients will now be able to benefit from Vistra's extensive range of services through our network of offices in 41 countries and leverage Vistra's knowledge in cross-border structuring, wealth protection and fund administration.

The Intro International team, led by Graham Harkness, have joined Vistra and will play a key role in the management and on-going development of Vistra’s International Expansion division.
