For Investor Services, our extensive portfolio includes providing services to more than 300 public listed companies and 40 unlisted companies, solidifying our reputation as a trusted partner in navigating the complexities of the market. We also proudly lead the industry in innovation, being the pioneer share registrar to offer a platform for shareholders’ virtual general meetings through online Remote Participation & Voting (“RPV”) facilities via the TIIH Online platform. To date, we
have managed more than 1,000 meetings via RPV. In terms of IPO in Year 2023, we secured 65.63% market share.
