Portals

Manager Portal

The Manager Portal provides a safe, secure method of delivering information between the manager and Vistra. The manager portal provides fund managers with access to all documents created by the manager, monthly NAV packages, and investor files.

Investor Portal

The Investor Portal gives investors access to all their monthly statements as well all investor correspondence the manager wishes to distribute via the web.

Disaster Recovery

Vistra´s services are supported by a robust Disaster Recovery program. No matter what the emergency,  Vistra’s DR program is designed to keep Vistra operational 365 days a year.

Vistra’s DR program ensures minimal downtime and data loss in the event of a disruptive occurrence.

Services are hosted in two data centers located in New York (primary) and Atlanta (backup)

• System data is continuously mirrored between primary and backup servers
• Redundant internet/fiber connections
• Data centers ensure continuous, power, a/c and access to internet
• Disaster recovery plan is tested annually to ensure efficiency
