Modern Slavery
As a global organisation Vistra understands that we need to lead by example in the way we do business. We recognize that modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person’s liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain. We aim to act fairly, ethically and openly in everything we do and are committed to practices to combat slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Anti- Facilitation of Tax Evasion and Financial Crime
At Vistra we value our reputation for ethical behaviour and financial integrity and we are committed to conducting business fairly, honestly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulation. Read the full statements here and here.

Speak Up
Vistra is committed to fostering a culture of openness and accountability. We provide a confidential Speak Up Channel for anyone who works with or for the organisation to report concerns about misconduct, unethical behaviour or potential breaches of law. The channel is managed by an independent third-party provider, is available 24/7 and supports anonymous reporting. Read the full policy, including details of how to make a report, how reports are managed, and the protections available to reporters, here.
The Speak Up Channel is not a route for service feedback. Clients wishing to provide feedback or raise a service-related concern are welcome to contact us here.
