Yolandé is an experienced fiduciary, who has served as a director and unit trust trustee to a wide range of Cayman entities both regulated and unregulated. Her experience covers over 20 years within the financial services industry.

In her current role at Vistra, Yolandé provides directorship services and oversees the governance to a portfolio of Cayman entities including but not limited to Regulated Funds, Structured Finance deals, SPV’s, and SIB Registered Persons(Managers) that are structured as exempted companies, segregated portfolio companies, general/limited partners, and limited liability companies.

Prior to joining Vistra, Yolandé was Director of HSBC Trustee Cayman Limited, and was previously employed at leading fiduciary, trust and banking service providers in both the United Kingdom and Cayman Islands.

Yolandé holds an International Finance & Administration qualification from CGI UK, is an Accredited Director from the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada, Member of the Chartered Governance Institute of UK & Ireland, Member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association (CIDA), and a licensed director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
