Wayne joined Vistra as Associate Director, Corporate Secretarial, Malaysia in 2022. Based in Kuala Lumpur, he heads the corporate secretarial team in Vistra Malaysia to provide entity management and corporate governance solutions to multinationals and local companies.

Wayne has more than 15 years of professional corporate secretarial experience in Singapore and Malaysia across various industries including Oil and Gas, Aviation, Investment Bank, Telco, and Construction. Wayne also has experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions for a public listed Telco company and Oil & Gas companies.

Wayne is a practising chartered secretary holding a practising certificate issued by the Registrar, Companies Commission of Malaysia. He is also a graduate of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, United Kingdom (“ICSA”) and has been an Associate Member of The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (“MAICSA”), an affiliate of ICSA.

Wayne holds a Bachelor of Arts (Commerce) degree from Liverpool John Moores University, United Kingdom, and speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay.
