Tim van de Schraaf
Director Relationship Management - Private Equity
Tim was appointed Director Relationship Management – Private Equity in August 2020. In this role, he is responsible for the service offerings provided to Vistra’s Private Equity clients in the Netherlands.
Tim entered the corporate services industry in 2012 as a corporate lawyer and joined Vistra in 2017 as Senior Corporate Lawyer. He was appointed Team Manager in the Private Equity division in 2018, in which role he has been responsible for a Private Equity team of up to 10 FTE, comprising of legal and financial specialists, providing corporate services to leading global Private Equity firms.
He holds a Master’s degree in both Corporate and Civil Law, from the VU University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands. He is fluent in Dutch and English and has a basic understanding of German and French.
